UnoMama will ship within seven (7) business days of when order was placed and payment received. Personalized items will ship within twelve (12) business days.

Return Policy

UnoMama has a 30 day money back guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your product. A full refund will be given as long as merchandise is received back to UnoMama within 30 days of when order was placed. Product must be received in original condition with all original tags and free of damage. Exceptions:

  1. We do not accept returns on Jewelry.
  2. We cannot accept returns on product for cause (as we will have already sent funds to the associated charitable organization).
